Your satisfaction is guaranteed or your money back. Return any unused items in the original packaging within 2 weeks of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. If an item is damaged we will replace it or refund your purchase price if you return it to us within 2 weeks of ordering.

You do not need to obtain advance permission to return merchandise. To receive these return benefits you must:

• Send the item to us, freight prepaid. If you send back an item because it is damaged, we will refund the cost for return freight.
• Include a copy of the packing slip or Invoice with the returned items.
• Include a note indicating the reason for your return.

After we receive products returned from you we will usually post a house credit to your account within 2 weeks. When the credit is posted to your account, you will receive an email message confirming receipt of your return and indicating the amount of the credit granted. If you have requested a credit to your credit card company or bank account this will require additional time until the credit is posted to your account.
